2. Description of Services
AriaFly offers air ticketing services, organization of Umrah and Hajj trips, hotel reservations, organized tourist trips, and language study trips. Service descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may be modified.
3. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made via our website, by phone, or at the agency. A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm any booking. The balance must be paid 15 days before departure. Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and CCP.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees: more than 30 days before departure = 10% of the amount; between 15 and 30 days = 30%; less than 15 days = 50% or non-refundable according to the provider's conditions. No refund for issued flight tickets.
5. Limitation of Liability
AriaFly acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, organisers). We cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications attributable to third-party providers or force majeure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of AriaFly and is protected by Algerian intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the Sidi Bel Abbes district, Algeria. The reference language is French.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. AriaFly exercises no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content. Activating these links is done at your own risk.
9. Modification of Terms
